Our vision of ‘Soaring Above and Beyond Expectations’ is more than a ‘catch phrase’, it is an expectation for students, staff and parents. We have very clear guidelines about the standard and types of behaviour that we will see when parents, students and staff are soaring above and beyond expectations.

The Education Queensland ‘Code of School Behaviour’ is supported within our school. It basically states that essential to all learning is a safe, supportive and disciplined environment that respects the following rights:

At Redcliffe SHS we go beyond this in believing that learning engagement requires an environment that engages all learners in purposeful learning experiences, encourages constructive interactions among the community, staff and students and enables learners to control their learning effectively.
