Jindalee State School has experienced significant growth over the last five years, growing from enrolment in the mid 500 range to enrolment in the mid 800 range. The school site is approximately 4.5 hectares, and capacity to accommodate further increases in enrolment is limited.

Emphasis is placed on a positive, supportive environment. Awards are used to recognise and encourage students to behave in the Jindalee Way.
