Established in 1891, Sunshine Primary School is located on the Corner of Hampshire and Derby Road, Sunshine, in the City of Brimbank, west of Melbourne. Our community is diverse in its socio-economic and cultural backgrounds with a growing enrolment, predicted to be over 280 children in 2010.

The whole School Community is committed to the values of academic rigour, teamwork, respect and engagement and to developing outstanding achievement in an environment of support and challenge. Our place of learning caters for each individual- intellectually, socially, physically, emotionally and culturally and values all learners’ contributions. We foster an environment where all community members are able to develop a lifelong love of learning and where children share responsibility for their own learning.
