Ballarat Christian College is a low-fee, co-educational college in the evangelical Protestant tradition, catering for students in Years Preparatory (Prep) to 12.
Ballarat Christian College exists to provide Christian education which helpseach student find the will of God for his or her life, and to provide for each student the human and practical resources, the environment, the encouragement and the opportunities to develop those gifts and talents, to the end that each student will respond to and fulfil the call of God in his or her life.
Ballarat Christian College provides a broad and varied curriculum where all students are encouraged and guided to reach their God-given destiny by striving to do their best in all endeavours. The College caters for the special needs of students through various programs, including the Solomon program, which caters for the needs of gifted and talented students. As the College grows and develops, the curriculum expands to meet the needs of its students. The advent of the Middle School provides further specialised support for young adolescent students. The College offers both VCE and VCAL studies in the senior years, as well as expanding elective and co-curricular programs.
